Hohe Promenade Davos

The starting point of this short route is the traditional Hotel Seehof Davos, which has welcomed guests from all over the world since 1869. The path leads behind the hotel up to Salzgäbastrasse and further on to the Hohe Promenade. This beautiful winter hiking trail offers an impressive view over the roofs of Davos and the surrounding mountain landscape. After about 40 minutes, you reach the Schatzalpbahn overpass, a wooden structure that provides a nice view of the Eisstadion Davos, possibly the most beautiful ice rink in the world, which shines in new splendor after the 2020 renovation. The route continues to the Guggerbach, from where the path leads down to the promenade into the center of Davos Platz.
