Hiking in the Aarau region to the Jura heights Wasserflue and Geissflue

The starting point is Aarau. From there, take the bus to Erlinsbach, Hard junction (bus stop). Then continue on foot northwards to the viewpoint near Wasserflue. Next, the rocky ridge path leads to Salhöhe and over the highest point in the canton of Aargau (Geissfluegrat), located above the Barmelweid clinic, to Geissflue. From there, it descends past Barmelhof to Erlinsbach and then comfortably returns to Aarau by bus.
