Hike on the Necker trail from Schwägalp to St. Peterzell

From Schwägalp with the magnificent Säntis massif in the background, you hike through a rich variety of plants and woodland towards the Neckertal valley. Near the Ofenloch, the source of the Necker, the path leads along the spectacular gorge, which is also called the Grand Canyon of Eastern Switzerland. The Necker then accompanies you throughout the hike and leads over varied paths and trails to the stage destination of St. Peterzell.
