Hike Farnsburg Ruin Pram Option

A wide forest path leads gently uphill from Buuser Egg to the Farnsburg Ruin. 

The Farnsburg Ruin is an extensive castle complex with impressive remains of the shield wall, towers, several buildings, and the ring wall. It is an ideal excursion destination for hiking enthusiasts and families, offering sensational views and several fire pits. The ruin is being renovated until September 2023 - however, all parts except the unrestored outwork are accessible -->  Current information on the renovation. 

After exploring the ruin, you can treat yourself at the Farnsburg country inn (please check the opening hours before your visit). The route leads back to Buuser Egg on a wide field path.
