Grütschalp - Winteregg - Mürren

High above the deep valley basin of the Lauterbrunnen valley, the winter hike from Grütschalp to Mürren impresses with its fantastic views of Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau. The world-famous mountain range is in view throughout the entire route. The hiking trail winds along sunny heights on the hillside and is expertly prepared. The car-free mountain village of Mürren is the turnaround point of the route. Charming wooden houses convey coziness and rustic charm. On the open ice rink, children and adults enjoy ice skating outdoors. On the way back to Grütschalp, the Männlichen range and in the background the Faulhorn range form a magnificent backdrop. Those who want to save a few kilometers can return to Winteregg and take the train towards Mürren or Grütschalp from there.
