Description

The hike begins in the idyllic town of Greifensee. Follow the blue wheelchair symbol to enjoy the lakeside walk without thresholds or other obstacles. To your right, you will have a view of the wide expanse of the lake. On the way, you can dine at Restaurant 8610 in Uster or enjoy a cozy picnic at one of the many barbecue areas. The path leads through the hamlet of Riedikon and past the Silberweide Nature Station . Here you can learn about the regional flora and fauna. At the end, you arrive at the Mönchaltorf boat station, where the "Millionenbach" formerly flowed into Lake Greifensee. Finally, enjoy the boat ride back to Greifensee.

Along the route, wheelchair-accessible toilets are available for urgent needs.
