Gorihorn

From the Tschuggen car park, the ski tour to the Gorihorn starts first along the summer path up the Tschuggenberg. After this rather steeper start, the route now flattens out in a north-westerly direction through the Tschuggentälli. The prominent rocky crags (point 2'751) are then bypassed to the north by the hollow. Through the valley basin further east to the saddle of the Gorihorn. In the steep slope, crampons are often helpful. In the saddle, a ski depot is recommended, so that the summit slope can then be covered on foot.

After the varied ascent you will be rewarded with a wonderful panoramic view. The descent is along the ascent track back to Tschuggen.
