Description
Cross-country skiing on the sunny terrace Ladir - no cross-country ski lover should miss this. Above the village of Ladir, on a plateau at 1350 m above sea level, is the starting point of the trail. The "LOIPA GONDA LADIR" has something to offer both for beginners as well as for experienced and ambitious cross-country skiers.
The 4.3 km long, partly challenging route also offers beginners the opportunity to learn and improve cross-country skiing technique, both classic and skating, on an approximately 1 km flat loop. Cross-country skiing courses are offered annually between January and March. Information is available from Giusep Arpagaus, giusep5@bluewin.ch / 078 889 01 41.
Experienced cross-country skiers can enjoy breathtaking ascents as well as fast descents on the 4.3 km long and very varied route.
The reward for the strenuous effort lies in the immediate vicinity of the trail. Surrounded by beautiful spruce forests and panoramic views of the near and distant mountain world, every somewhat tired cross-country skier's heart gladly takes time for a short break. Training for the calves, enjoyment for the soul.
