Glarnerland adventure and play trail

With Eichi through nature:

This summer/autumn, set off again with Eichi on a discovery journey! At nine stations, much exciting can be researched and explored. You get the backpack with your discovery sets at the Braunwaldbahn in Linthal!

Equipped with the Eichi backpack and a discovery set, start balancing along the Linth from the Braunwaldbahn valley station heading south. You will meet Eichi again and again.

For the total of 10 adventure playgrounds and 8 discovery stations, about three hours of hiking time must be calculated on the five km long trail; with playing, eating, etc., about twice as much. The whole path is pram-friendly – so even the youngest are part of Eichi's adventures. Wagon carts can also be rented at the Braunwaldbahn valley station.

The adventure game:

The start and finish of the adventure trail are located at the Braunwaldbahn valley station in Linthal/SBB station Linthal-Braunwaldbahn.

The pure hiking time is approx. 3 hours. Hiking time including playing, eating, etc.: approx. 7-8 hours. Wagon carts can be rented for heavy backpacks and tired children!

For families with smaller children, we recommend as a half-day trip places 1-7 or 7-12 (each approx. 3-4 hours)

Catering options

Three barbecue areas – including firewood – with picnic spots invite hungry hikers to linger. You can also eat in one of the cozy restaurants along and near the adventure trail route.
