Gibelweg

The hike leads from Käserstatt to the Gibel. On the summit of the Gibel and the somewhat lower-lying rock pulpit, the hike is rewarded with an enjoyable view. From here you can see Lake Brienz and Lake Lungern. The trail then descends via Balisalp to Lischen, the intermediate station of Käserstatt. On this stretch, too, there are always beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The hike can be extended to 4 hours. This leads from the Gibel in the direction of Lungern or Brünig.
