Description
A hike through the Swiss National Park from Zernez to S-charl. The first stage takes you to Chamanna Cluozza at 1882 meters altitude: a beautiful characteristic hut with double rooms and dormitories. The stove is burning, the atmosphere is good, and the hut warden is the perfect host. From there, you continue via the National Park Panorama Trail to the highest point of day 2: Murter at 2545 meters. Then it's one and a half hours to Plan Praspöl and another half hour to Vallun Chafuol. There, a winding road runs through the mountains and at the bend near P3 you take a bus to the Ofenpass. The next day goes from Süsom Givè via Alp Astra and the primeval forest God da Tamangur to S-charl. Along a narrow knotty path you leave the forest, over rolling alpine meadows to the primeval forest God da Tamangur: a beautiful path over winding tree roots, large stones and narrow streams, between the alpine pines. After that, again rolling grassland, sun, fresh air, and ringing cow bells.
