From Rasa - Pizzo Leone - Corona dei Pinci to Ascona

With the Centovalli cable car, it goes to Verdasio and from there, by cable car, to Rasa. From Rasa, the route leads to the hamlet of Monti and to Alp Termine. From there, the path climbs significantly and through a beautiful chestnut forest, you reach Pizzo Leone. Here, you can enjoy a breathtaking 360° panorama, from Lake Maggiore to the Magadino Plain and to the mountain range behind it. On the high-level panoramic trail, the ridge is followed in an easy descent to Alpe di Naccio and further to Corona di Pinz. The descent is made via many hairpin bends via Monti di Schiavardo and Porera to Ascona.
