From Lindau to Rorschach: Three-country route with boat and bicycle

The route starts at Lindau harbor with a boat trip from Lindau to Rorschach in Switzerland. The route first follows 12 km along the Lake Constance cycle path, past picturesque half-timbered houses. After crossing the Old Rhine, you cycle a few more kilometers alongside this river. Slightly away from Lake Constance, you then head towards the New Rhine until you finally cross it in Fußach. Along Rheinstraße, you pass Austrian nature reserves in the Alpine Rhine Delta and finally Europe's largest lake stage in Bregenz. Along Lake Constance, it goes back to Lindau. Via the pier, you reach Lindau island and thus back to the starting point of your 3-country route. The boat trip lasts about 1 hour. The pure cycling time is about 2 hours. The length of the cycling route is approximately 35 kilometers. A passport or identity card is required for Switzerland.
