Fischenthal – Poo-Alp – Wald: “Ridge route”

You leave Fischenthal heading towards Langenberg and Tannen. You reach Hüttchopf via the ridge, where you can enjoy a magnificent view. Passing the Alp Scheidegg, you come by Wolfsgrueb (from here you can turn off to Wald and thus shorten the route). Via Under Boo, you reach Farneralp. Passing Chrinnen and the Höhenklinik Wald, you gradually approach flatter terrain until you arrive back in Wald.
