Farmers’ educational trail around the Etzel

The wonderful hiking area between Schindellegi and Einsiedeln, around the Etzel, offers a huge variety of natural experiences. The landscape presents itself like an open picture book. Livestock and dairy farming, fruit and viticulture, meadows and their indicator plants, the peculiarities of lowland and raised bogs, organic farming, rural energy production, and many other exciting topics are explained.
