1st stage: circular hike in Melchsee-Frutt

2nd stage: From Melchsee-Frutt you hike for about three hours to Äliggalp - the geographical center of Switzerland. Along the way, you pass crystal-clear mountain lakes and after the somewhat tougher ascent to the Alpgschütz, you will be rewarded with a magnificent view. From Äliggalp you take a car transfer (bookable via Private Selection Hotels & Tours) to the Seehotel Wilerbad in Wilen am Sarnersee.

3rd stage: Circular hike from Wilen am Sarnersee to Flüeli-Ranft. The Ranft gorge with the hermitage and the two Ranft chapels offers insight into the life and work places of Brother Klaus, the only saint of Switzerland. You then continue hiking along the Melchaa to Hohen Brücke - the highest covered wooden bridge in Europe. Afterwards, you hike to the Lourdegrotto and further to Sarnen. From Sarnen, take the post bus number 345 back to Wilen am Sarnersee.
