Excursion from Aarau to the Rupperswil weir

This beautiful nature trail runs along the Aare through the scenic floodplain landscape Rohr-Rupperswil. You can observe water birds, discover lovely rest spots, and refresh yourself in summer with a visit to the organic pool Biberstein.

Along the way, there are always nice places to take breaks, either with your own packed snack or at the Badi Bistro of the organic pool Biberstein. A reward also awaits at the end of the walk with an aperitif in Aarau, whether in summer at the Schwanbar directly on the Aare or in one of the numerous restaurants in the old town.
