Description

This stage starts in Wald at the Rehabilitation Center. At the hamlet of Chrinnen, turn right.

You are now back on the Eschenbacher Grenzweg. On the way to Bannholz, you can enjoy the beautiful view. From the Bannholz restaurant, you head back towards the Rehabilitation Center. After 400 m, turn left towards the pond and at the pond, slightly right into the forest path. From there, you reach the Stricklerweiher. After about 100 m, you leave the canton of St. Gallen again and briefly enter the canton of Zurich. At the end of Flüeeggstrasse, you reach Goldingerstrasse. Follow this for 250 m and then turn right into Wolfertinger Forest. At Auenbüel, you briefly hike through a residential area and reach Bartliweid. Then continue to Hubertingen.

You now follow an asphalt road down to Diemberg. The path turns left and briefly follows the main road (70 m). It goes right down to the Müli. Here the information board informs you about the history of the Diemberg mill.

The path takes you up to Chrauerenbergweg. This now leads through forest and meadows to the hamlet of Chraueren. After a short steep climb, you reach Ebnet. It becomes flatter again. At the horse stable, first turn right and then left through the forest up to Dachseggstrasse. Follow this now. After the Buurestube restaurant, continue to Dachseggholz. Here a narrow path leads left to Tüllenrain. At the next fork, follow the path sharply right. It now goes down to the vineyard by the main road (Rütistrasse). Now it turns left towards Ermenswil. Follow the pedestrian and bike path to Ermenswil.
