Demanding racing bike route into the Solothurn region

From Aarau, the route leads over the Distelberg and via Entfelden, Kölliken, and Oftringen to Murgenthal. There, the Aare is crossed over the historic wooden bridge and continues via Kestenholz and Oensingen to Balsthal. Afterwards, there is a gentle ascent towards Passwang. At Mümliswil, the return journey begins over the Breitehöhe via Langenbruck and Bärenwil and through the Tüfelsschlucht to Hägendorf. From here, the path mostly follows the Aare directly on flat terrain back to Aarau.
