Circular hike Mülibachtal

The hike leads from the Weberei in Engi (Weseta) along the Mülibach into the Üblital. At point 1191 we keep left, towards Widersteiner Furggle. The path climbs quite steeply up to the Widersteiner Hüttli. From there we do not climb up to the Furggle, but keep right, towards Skihütte Mülibachtal. This section is also Sardona World Heritage Trail. The Skihütte lies at 1763m at the tree line with a wonderful view of the Glarus mountains. It is usually staffed in summer, but if you want to be sure and plan an overnight stay, a reservation is recommended. Descend steeply in curves into the Mülibachtal and then return leisurely to Engi.
