Bregaglia - Val d'Avers

By staying overnight in Avers and then walking back on foot into Bergell, the complicated return journey by public transport via the Splügen or Julier Pass can be avoided. The small villages of Juppa and Juf offer various accommodations in small, cozy guesthouses. Throughout the trekking, there is an atmosphere of utmost tranquility; this is a distinctive feature of the valleys located in the northern Bergell. The route is quite pleasant and follows a flat course through secluded landscapes.
