Description
The easy to moderate Lower Runca Trail offers plenty of variety for experienced riders, but also for beginners looking to gain their first trail experience. The trail is usually rideable as early as spring. It starts at the Flims valley station, from where it climbs approximately 300 metres through the forest up to Punt Gronda and Runca Höhe.
Here you can stop for refreshments at the Runcahöhe restaurant if you need to. From there, the route leads straight to the start of the Lower Runca Trail. As a beginner, you’ll ride over simple bumps; as a pro, you’ll jump or surf over doubles, tables and waves. With its various jumps and berms, the Lower Runca Trail is a playground that guarantees maximum flow.
The tour is suitable for beginners and advanced riders and is also easily navigable on e-bikes. Confident riding on simple flow trails is a prerequisite.
