Best Time of Year
Description
Barefoot paths are designed for hikers who want to experience nature without shoes. And there are many reasons for this: Barefoot hiking stimulates circulation in the feet and has a positive effect on one’s well-being. The cardiovascular system is refreshed, vitality strengthened, and the immune system activated. The best part: when the landscape like in the Engadin causes your heart to beat faster, the inspiring nature experience is perfect. The new Barfusstrails lead right through the beautiful nature around Celerina with the lovely Stazerwald as a highlight. An experience that awakens all the senses.
The Barfusstrails are suitable for adults as well as families with children. The path surfaces alternate between water, meadows, and forest paths. Those seeking inspiration can hike alone, couples find time and enjoyment together, and groups promote team spirit here. No matter how you hike the barefoot paths: the sensory impressions simply feel good. There are two trails to explore, lasting between 45 minutes and 2 hours. The trails begin at the fork below the San Gian church.
