Autumn is harvest time

Where there are streams, there are bridges. And around Bühler there are many of both. Countless small tributaries and rivulets collect in the valley floor and flow together to the Rotbach westward, where they become part of the Sitter at the confluence near the border area of Teufen, Stein, and Haslen. The hike up to the Leimensteig crosses several streams: over the Rotbach, the Kellenbach, and the Göbsibach. Back in the valley, one crosses the Rotbach three times, the Steigbach twice, and the Forenbach once between Teufen and Bühler. Bridges made of wood, iron, and concrete ensure that feet stay dry.
