Around Oberegg

A tip from the Appenzeller magazine: It's a lovely area with gentle hills. However, that does not mean there are no steep ascents and descents on the hike from Oberegg up to St. Anton and back. Because even on the territory of the Innerrhoden exclave in the Appenzeller Vorderland, ravines and hills shape the landscape – although they do not lie as deep or rise as high as in the inner part of the canton. The route is varied in any case. And it offers wide views of mountains, river, and lake.
