Ardez – Piz Cotschen

The start of the tour is in Ardez and begins with a western ascent on the winter hiking trail to the hamlet Mund d’Ardez (1779 m above sea level). Subsequently, the tour continues north to Murtera Dadaint (2145 m above sea level) and to the Chamonna Maranguns (2302 m above sea level). The ascent continues east to the self-catering hut Chamonna Cler (2474 m above sea level). The final ascent leads over the southeast ridge to the winter summit (2972 m above sea level) of the Piz Cotschen (3029 m above sea level). Beautiful descent to Bos-Cha or Ardez.
