Alp Flix – Kanonensattel – Alp Natons - Alp Flix

The route starts at the parking lot at Alp Flix. Alternatively, the route can also start in Sur. From the parking lot, the hiking trail immediately leads up to a flat plain. The trail passes the St. Placidus and Rochus chapel and the Berghaus Piz Platta. At the end of the hike, stopping here is worth it.

On the plateau, it continues gently to Salategnas. Here begins the ascent to the Kanonensattel. A dreamlike landscape. Over the Kanonensattel, the hike goes to Alp Natons. A short break is deserved here.

Afterwards the path goes briefly down a gravel road and then turns right onto the hiking trail. On the left side, the blue Lai da Marmorena reservoir is always in view as you go above the lake towards Sur. Toward the end there is another ascent back to Salategnas. Then it goes back the same way to the starting point.
