Description
But during this trek on the border with Wallis, no peaks are chased. In seven days you cross this majestic ice landscape. Take a look at Konkordiaplatz on Google Earth: you cannot imagine a more magnificent crossing of glaciers. To the north lies Jungfraujoch and to the south, the glacier ice flows along with the Grosser Aletsch. In good weather, you can enjoy this scene from the terrace at the high-lying Konkordiahütten. And then the next day, the unforgettable descent of that enormous glacier follows. The trek ends with crossing the new suspension bridge over the Gletsjertor before you finally reach Brig.
