Airolo-Pesciüm Trail (SwissMobile 453)

Thanks to the modern cable car of the Airolo - Pesciüm ski lifts, a location easily accessible thanks to the motorway exit, you are instantly transported into a snowy universe. Reaching almost 1800 meters above sea level, following the path laid out for hikers, you quickly move away from the slopes frequented by skiers.

Along the circular route, with no major altitude differences, you discover wild nature and relaxing silences. Midway, the long walls of Cascina Nuova remind you that beneath the thick snow cover lie pastures that in summer are the scene of intense alpine activity.

Back at Pesciüm, it is possible to enjoy a good lunch based on regional products at the Pesciüm restaurant, located just a short walk from the cable car departure station.
