756 Senda Lais da Macun

In the municipality of Lavin lies the unique plateau of lakes of Macun with over 20 larger and smaller mountain lakes. The king of the Alps, the ibex, can be particularly well observed here because this plateau of lakes, which belongs to the Swiss National Park, is inhabited by an ibex colony. In addition to the main attraction, the deep blue mountain lakes, the view of the surrounding peaks of the Silvretta group also impresses. 

Already during the ascent you enjoy a wonderful panoramic view towards the Upper Engadin. It is worth adding a small additional loop on the plateau to Lai da Dragun, this lake is said to be inhabited by a little dragon.
