738 Heidbüel-Tgantieni ridgeway

In the world of wonders Lenzerheide, this route leads along the high trail from Heidbüel to Tgantieni. The Heidbüel panoramic cable car takes you comfortably from Churwalden to the starting point at 1915 m above sea level. M.. From there, the route is more or less flat in the direction of Tgantieni. The trail first descends gently to Alp Stätz, which is home to local cows during the alpine summer.

Above Alp Lavoz and to Alp Nova, the easy high-level trail offers plenty of variety - and always a clear view of Lake Heidsee and the entire valley. It's worth stopping once in a while to take a look back towards Chur. The view of the opposite side of the Rothorn is also magnificent. On a clear day, you can watch the hustle and bustle in the Bike Kingdom Park. Time and again, cozy spots invite you to linger.

Once you reach Tgantieni, you can stop for refreshments at one of the mountain restaurants before taking the chairlift back to the village of Lenzerheide. If you want to extend the hike or make it more challenging, you can of course skip one or both cable car rides.
