Description
The starting point of the Bual loop, often used by top cross-country skiers and biathletes, is the Roland Arena in Lantsch/Lenz. Training can begin there with some warm-up rounds on the flat trail in the arena. This is very suitable for beginners.
Then you explore the tracks of the pros who compete in the Tour de Ski. The trail leads into somewhat more challenging terrain and goes through the beautiful and quiet forest landscape of Lantsch/Lenz. It has ups and downs—the varied terrain challenges not only hobby athletes due to the course profile.
The Bual loop starts immediately with an ascent from 1,380 to around 1,440 meters. It continues and includes some curves, steadily increasing climbs, and some descents. The fastest descent comes right at the end, back to the stadium. However, there is the option to add or skip steep additional loops.
