Zweisimmen – Chumigalm (2125 m asl)

The scenic ski and splitboard tour starts behind the airfield in Zweisimmen and is reachable from the train station on foot in about 10 minutes. The tour begins at "Bühlacher" with the ascent heading east. On the first 200 vertical meters, the road must be crossed several times before one crosses the ridge above the "Schlattwald" heading south near "Danielsweid." The crossing follows the hiking trail through dense fir forest. From there, follow the ridge up to an elevation of about 1800 meters. The final ascent to the Chumigalm follows over the open summit slope. The summit drops steeply on the backside and offers a magnificent view of the Gastlosen and the Bernese Alps.

The descent takes place a little further north over the "Hinder-Chumi" towards "Milch Chäle" across alpine pastures, which are skiable even with little snow cover.
