Winter hike Heiligkreuz - First

The winter hike starts at the power spot Heiligkreuz and first passes the ski lift and residential area before going uphill in open terrain to Reistegg. Afterwards, the path becomes a bit narrower, but the view of the pilgrimage site Heiligkreuz, the Napf and the Jura range becomes all the more impressive. Once you have crossed the ski lift, it is only a few meters to the sun-drenched mountain restaurant First, where you have earned a break. Here, the view opens up to the Entlebuch mountain world with Risete, Schimbrig, Äbnistettenfluh, Schafmatt and Schwändelifluh. 

After a delicious lunch, dessert or a coffee schnapps on the cozy sun terrace, you now go down the sunny mountainside towards Kleine First. You follow the edge of the ski slope, the path of the fairy tale route Wurzilla, and finally return to the power spot Heiligkreuz and the starting point of the winter hike. A visit to the pilgrimage church is worthwhile!
