Wiggen - Wachthubel - Marbach

This tour is a part of the Grenzpfad Napfbergland.

You get with the bus from Escholzmatt to Wiggen, station Kreuzstrasse. Here you also have the possibility to park you car. The tour leads you over a bridge of the Schonbach in the direction of Schaerhof and Binzberg where you can enjoy the great view to the Marba-chegg and the wonderful Schrattenfluh. You go further to the restaurant Schaerlig-Bad where a little break can be taken. The tour goes over natural meadows with splendid flora to the direction of Grosshusegg on the Balmegg where you are going to enjoy a wonderful view. You go further to Grosshorben, where you have the possibility for a simple meal. After you walk to the highest point of the tour. Now you go over the green meadows to Buchschachen - Ober Buchschachen - Buchschachenegg - Buchschachen - Neuhus down to the village Marbach. Here you have the possibility for a short trip to the Lourdes-Grotte before you wander through the protected Village to the Station of the cableway Marbachegg. From here you get with the bus comfortably back to your starting point.
