Turbenthal - Elgg - Turbenthal: "Middle Tösstal"

Over Egg the path leads down to Rikon. From Rikon, it continues along the Töss river until shortly before Kollbrunn and then up the road towards Nussberg. However, we soon leave the road to reach Elgg via a series of paths through Erztal, Nussberg and Wenzikon. Passing the castle, we climb back up to Hofstetten. In a large arc through woods and over fields, we reach the Gasthof Gyrenbad. Here, in this beautiful old Swiss historic inn, it is definitely worth stopping! Continuing down to Hutzikon and then back to Turbenthal, where this beautiful route, which offers something for everyone, ends.
