Description
The stone path by the company Knobel AG symbolically represents the canton of Glarus: in the west of the site are rocks from Wiggis, Glärnisch, Ortstock to Klausen. To the south is the Tödi, to the east are stones from the Sernftal Mountains up to the main thrust “Lochsite” in Sool, to the north follow the Ennenda mountains and Kerenzen. In the middle finally lie the stones of the Kärpf area. The stone path is located directly on the Glarus "cycle path" and the "Fridliweg". Visitors can find all geological information on site. The family business Knobel AG also maintains an exhibition room with fossils, crystals, geological studies, and sculptures.
