Stage 16 Via Glaralpina - UNESCO World Natural Heritage - extraordinarily close

From the Weissenberge (1270 m a.s.l.) follow the hiking trail to the Stäfeli Skihaus (1777 m a.s.l.). Via Zindelchopf, ascend to Sunnenhöreli (2163 m a.s.l.) and further along the alpine hiking trail to Gulderstock (2510 m a.s.l.) – the view into the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Tektonikarena Sardona is incomparable. Along the Gulder ridge, you are accompanied by the colors of the Verrucano from red through violet to greenish until reaching the Teufgrätli. At the Gipsgrat, the rock changes to gray-yellow dolomite. Soon, Wissmeilenpass (2420 m a.s.l.) comes into view. The Via Glaralpina then leads down to the Skihütte Mülibachtal (1763 m a.s.l.).
