SNOOC - One of the longest toboggan runs in Europe - "Big Pintenfritz"

The starting point on First can be reached from Grindelwald by cable car in around 20 minutes. From there, a marked winter hiking trail leads past the Bachalpsee lake to the Faulhorn - the highest point of this tour - in just over 2 hours. In addition to the opportunity to take a breather, you can enjoy a unique panoramic view of many parts of Switzerland from up here. The highlight comes at the end, the descent towards Bussalp and Grindelwald, where a total of 15 kilometers and 1600 meters of altitude are covered.

Incidentally, the special name Big Pintenfritz is due to the legendary landlord Fritz Bohren, who ran the "Pinte" (Hotel Bellevue) and the Faulhorn mountain hotel in Grindelwald.
