Ski route from Splügen to Piz Tambo (ZS)

Take the gondola (ski touring ticket) up to Tanatzhöhi. Then over the piste to Bodmenstafel. From there take the lift to Alpetli. Then the first gentle ascent east of Alpetlistock to point 2381. First slightly south then north to the ridge below Lattenhorn, and steeply to the border ridge. Then on the Italian side southwards towards a small lake and up to the ski depot at approx. point 3095. Then on foot over the steep and narrow slope and over the summit ridge to the summit. Depending on conditions, the summit ridge can be icy and exposed. Alpine equipment such as ice axe, crampons, rope, etc. is required. The descent follows the ascent route.
