Säumerweg Avers: Juppa - Soglio

Long tour; with a gentle ascent to Alp Bergalga and further to Bergalga Pass. Along a high alpine lake landscape between 2500 and just under 2800 meters above sea level, you reach the transition to Bergell, from where the wonderful panorama opens up to the hiker over the valley with its impressive mountains. The long descent on mostly narrow paths into Bergell is scenically fantastic and is compensated by the idyll of the mountain village of Soglio at 1,100 m above sea level.
