Route Sisikon – Sisikon

Not far from Sisikon, we can experience a piece of Swiss history on the shore of Lake Uri. Three kilometers south of the village lies the Tell Chapel at the Tell Stone, where Wilhelm Tell supposedly escaped from the bailiff Gessler’s boat. But Sisikon is not only a place of national history, it also offers the ideal starting point for hikes. The hike following the course of the Riemenstalderbach, on whose delta Sisikon lies, is a beautiful route that leads over the Riedberg to Riemenstalden and back again.
