Pleasure Bike Route Thurgau

The starting point of the pleasure bike route is the Romanshorn train station, where, if needed, there is the possibility to rent a bike or e-bike. Then the enjoyable tour through Thurgau begins. The farm shop of the Öpfelfarm offers various Thurgau apple specialties – from traditional dried apple rings to apple chocolates, everything a cyclist’s heart desires. The route continues towards Steinebrunn. A culinary break with Thurgau specialties is recommended either at the organic farm tavern Mausacker, in the historic water castle Hagenwil, or at the lakeside inn Schiff in Kesswil.

With the Altnau Apple Trail, the demonstration and teaching garden, and the Oak Trail in Güttingen, three theme trails and islands directly along the route also invite you to explore. At the end, you can wonderfully cool down, for example, in the beach bath in Uttwil or with a drink in the new harbor restaurant at the destination.
