Pater Maurus Carnot Path

At the stop «Samnaun-Laret, Dorf», at the birthplace of Father Maurus Carnot, this themed route begins. First, go down the steep footpath to the Trua Bridge and then along the Schergenbach to the Chasa Retica Museum in Samnaun-Plan. The country path from the Trua Bridge to Plan invites you to hike and stroll in summer and winter. A total of 17 informative panels present the life of the important Samnaun native. The panels are attached to the lampposts, thanks to the lighting you can also walk this memorial path in the evening.
