Partenzer Trek Stage 3: Furna - Obersays/Trimmis

The marked mountain trail first leads steeply up from Hinterberg to Furnerberg, where you walk below the Wannenspitz via the beautiful Scära towards Chadschlag. It is a bit rough downhill into the Valzeina valley. At Alp Laubenzug, you can stock up on fresh alpine cheese during the alpine season. The ascent to Stams demands some stamina again. The Mayens settlement Stams with the cozy mountain restaurant Stams on the ridge belongs to the municipality of Trimmis and connects the Rhine Valley with Prättigau. With a view of the Calanda massif, it goes down to Obersays, a sun-drenched Walser village with a wonderful view over the entire Rhine Valley.
