Panorama Rundweg Thunersee – On foot around Lake Thun

Around Lake Thun you will find beautiful viewpoints, impressive natural landscapes, and cultural highlights. The Thunersee presents itself from ever-changing perspectives along the Panorama Rundweg Thunersee.

The hike starts in Thun and leads you through idyllic villages to Sigriswil. Here, the spectacular panoramic bridge high above Lake Thun provides a little thrill. Along Lake Thun, the route continues to Merligen and on to Interlaken. From here, the path leads you up to the Meielisalp above Leissigen. On the Meielisalp, you can enjoy a wonderful view over Lake Thun. Here, the second suspension bridge awaits you. The bridge crosses the Spissibach at almost 60 meters height. Shortly before Faulensee, you are back at lake level and stroll along the shore to Spiez. The last section returns you to the destination town of Thun. The vertigo-inducing bridges, the spectacular panorama, and the fantastic view of the lake let you forget everyday life on 63 kilometers of hiking trails.
