Over the Mueterschwandenberg

At the start, it is worth stopping by the Drachenried store in St. Jakob. Afterwards, a meadow path leads to Ebnet. At Rütli, keep left towards Hinterbergwald and then follow the shade to the transmission facility with the tower. At the Zingelkreuz above the Drachenflue, impressive panoramic views surprise you. Drachenried gets its name from the dragon that is said to have lived in a cave below the Zingel. At Neumatt, descend to the edge of the reed area, which you follow to Betti. From here, it is not far to the raid memorial at Allweg, which commemorates the French invasion of 1798. The bus stop (Ennetmoos, Allweg) is also located here.
