Over gentle hills with wide views

The hike from Herisau station Wilen over Nieschberg to Waldstatt and on the other hillside via Rechberg and Belch back to the starting point offers views from Lake Constance to the Alpstein. The paths are easy to walk even in snow. Particularly charming in the cold months is the interplay of light and shadow from the low winter sun.
