Over alpine pastures at the foot of Säntis

On the meadow trails in spring, you can find alpine flowers in a variety of colors. From about mid-June to mid-August, the cows are "z'Alp". The open forest between Chammhalde and Langälpli lets sunlight flood through. Particularly striking is the green floor made of moss and various grasses among the imposing fir trees in the middle of the forest. On Langälpli, the view of the distinctive rock face of Säntis is simply magical.
