Start at Adelboden church, then two kilometers flat to the Aussernschwand school, from there a natural path leads to the Mösere junction, followed by an exciting descent along the Tschentbach to the Cholerenschlucht. It is worth leaving the bikes at the bridge and taking a walk through the wild Cholerenschlucht on foot. Once back up, a comfortable ride follows back to the village of Adelboden.
